Casa antico borgo is a pretty apartment located on the first floor of a house in the historical part of the village. It consists of: living area with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a sofa bed for 1 person.
Public parking spaces nearby.

To have access to the apartment you need to go up a flight of stairs.

WE KINDLY ASK TO RESPECT OUR CHECK IN TIME
– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.
-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 5.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.
– VISITORS TAX EURO 2,00 PER PERSON AND PER DAY (CHILDREN FROM THE AGE OF 14).

A caution deposit of Euro 200,00 is asked at arrival and will be returned at your departure after property inspection.

Menaggio is a nice village located on the shore of Como Lake.
The apartment is located in a very quiet place, in the ancient part of the village, at about 300 mt from the centre of the village.

Bus, ferry and boat stops are in the centre of the village at about 500 mt from the apartment.
From Menaggio you can easly reach Ballagio and Varenna with the ferry boat.
Lugano and Como are about 30 Km from Menaggio.

During the stay the guests can conctact us during the opening time of our office: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Firday). Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
