The apartment is composed of: bright living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed and small balcony, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and bath tub, small bathroom and covered terrace with lake view.

The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments. Open from June till September.
Private garage for one car.

– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM, AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.

-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 7.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.

– TOURIST TAX FROM 1ST MARCH TILL 30TH NOVEMBER: EURO 3,00 PER PERSON AND DAY FROM 11 YEARS OLD. TO BE PAYED IN CASH AT ARRIVAL

– It is mandatory to wear a swim cap in the swimmingpool
