Attico del Sorriso is located inside a small residential complex with swimming pool, in a very quiet area.
It is located on the second and last floor and to access you have to go up two flights of stairs.
The apartment is composed of: living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and two large covered terraces, one with lake view.
There is also a small utility room with washing machine.
It has a private covered parking space.
The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments.

Lenno is a small town located on the shores of Lake Como which is part of the municipality of Tremezzina.
Attico del Sorriso is located in a very quiet area about 500 meters from the town center and the lake where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches.

The bus stop is about 300 meters from the apartment.
The boat stop is at the end of the lakeside promenade about 1 km from the apartment.
From Lenno you can easily reach Bellagio and Varenna by boat.
Como is about 25 km from Lenno.

A caution deposit of Euro 300,00 is asked at arrival and will be returned at your departure after property inspection.

-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 7.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.
– TOURIST TAX FROM 1ST MARCH TILL 30TH NOVEMBER: EURO 3,00 PER PERSON AND DAY FROM 11 YEARS OLD. TO BE PAYED IN CASH AT ARRIVAL

During the stay the guests can conctact us during the opening time of our office: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Firday). Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
