In the center of Menaggio, just a few steps from all the amenities, Menaggio Nest is a charming and well-kept studio apartment located on the ground floor of a small condominium.
It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bed and bathroom with shower.
There are no outdoor spaces (no balconies or terraces).
Ideal for reaching the beautiful lakeside promenade to enjoy beautiful views.

Menaggio is a characteristic village located on the shores of Lake Como, the apartment is located in the centre near bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and public transport. Thanks to its central location there is no need to use a car.

The stops for buses, ferries, boats and hydrofoils are in the center of Menaggio at about 100/200 mt from the apartment.

From Menaggio you can easily reach the Bellagio and Varenna ferries. Lugano and Como are about 30 km from Menaggio.

– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM, AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.
-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 5.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.
– TOURIST TAX : EURO 3,00 PER PERSON AND DAY FROM 11 YEARS OLD. TO BE PAYED IN CASH AT ARRIVAL

A caution deposit of Euro 150,00 is asked at arrival and will be returned at your departure after property inspection.

During the stay the guests can conctact us during the opening time of our office: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Friday). Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
