The hamlet in which the apartment is located is in a very quiet palce on the hill at about 2 km from the centre of the village.
Bus, ferry and boat stops are in the centre of the village at about 2 km from the apartment.
From Menaggio you can easly reach Ballagio and Varenna with the ferry boat.
Lugano and Como are about 30 Km from Menaggio.

– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM, AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.
-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 5.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.
– TOURIST TAX FROM 1ST MARCH TILL 30TH NOVEMBER: EURO 3,00 PER PERSON AND DAY FROM 11 YEARS OLD. TO BE PAYED IN CASH AT ARRIVAL

A caution deposit of Euro 300,00 is asked at arrival and will be returned at your departure after property inspection.

During the stay the guests can conctact us during the opening time of our office: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Firday). Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
