Casa Elisa is a charming apartment with a wonderful lake view located on the second and top floor of a recently renovated village house. It consists of a large living area with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower) and a balcony. In the living area possibility to use a sofa bed for one person (on request).
To reach the apartment you have to go up some flights of stairs.

The apartment has a private garage where it is possible to access with small / medium-sized cars. Public parking spaces are located nearby.

Rules of the apartment:
– WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT OUR CHECK IN TIMES
– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.
– Tourist tax: Euro 3,00 per person and day from 11 years old to pay in cash at arrival
– DURING THE PERIODS WHEN HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA COST OF EURO 7.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.

A caution deposit of Euro 200,00 is asked at arrival and will be returned at your departure after property inspection.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA
Mezzegra is a small town located on the shores of Lake Como which is part of the municipality of Tremezzina.
Casa Elisa is located in a very quiet area about 500 meters from the center and the lake. There is a small supermarket and a couple of bars.

The bus stop is about 500 meters from the apartment.
The boat stop is in Lenno at about 2km from the apartment.
From Lenno you can easily reach Bellagio and Varenna by boat.
Como is about 27 km from Mezzegra.

During the stay the guests can conctact us during the opening time of our office: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Friday). Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
