The apartment is located at about 2 km from the centre of Menaggio where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.

– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.
-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 5.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.
– TOURIST TAX FROM 1ST MARCH TILL 30TH NOVEMBER: EURO 3,00 PER PERSON AND DAY FROM 11 YEARS OLD.
– TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SWIMMINGPOOL IT IS COMPULSORY TO WEAR A SWIMMING CAP
– IT IS STRONG RACCOMENDED TO HAVE A CAR. THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED 2,5 KM UP FROM THE CENTRE OF MENAGGIO.

A caution deposit of Euro 200,00 is asked at arrival and will be returned at your departure after property inspection.
