A charming two bedroom semi-detached house with livingroom, kichenette and bathroom with shower. Tastefully furnished with neutral tones, the house is beautifully styled and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay by the lake.
The master bedroom boasts a roll top bath with views of the ancient village and you can enjoy a morning coffee on the bedroom balcony with views of the lake. In summer there is a small patio at the front of the house for sunset aperols.
Equipped with a new smart TV, De Longhi Nespresso machine, brand new kitchen with dishwasher and a separate washing machine. You might not want to leave!

It is situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of Menaggio and the lake.

The house is disposed on two levels (ground floor livingroom and kitchenette – first floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom).

INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE AREA
Menaggio is a nice village located on the shore of Como Lake.
The apartment is located in the ancient part of the village, at about 500 mt from the centre of the village (10 minutes walking).

Bus, ferry and boat stops are in the centre of the village at about 500/800 mt from the apartment.
From Menaggio you can easly reach Ballagio and Varenna with the ferry boat.
Lugano and Como are about 30 Km from Menaggio.

– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.
-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 7.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.
– TOURIST TAX FROM: EURO 3,00 PER PERSON AND DAY FROM 11 YEARS OLD to be payed in cash at arrival

A caution deposit of Euro 400,00 is asked at arrival and will be returned at your departure after property inspection.

During the stay the guests can conctact us during the opening time of our office: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Friday). Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
