Villetta Katura is located in a nice and quiet residential area at 2.5 km from the center.
On two floors it has a beautiful lake view and is composed of:
ground floor: entrance, living room with terrace, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden
first floor: bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed, bathroom. All rooms have a balcony.
Private garage.

During the stay the guests can contact us during the opening time of our office: from 9 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Friday) and from 9 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. (on Saturday)

Menaggio is a nice village located on the shore of Como Lake.
Villetta Katura is located on the hill (locality Croce) at about 2,5 kmt from the centre of the village.

Bus, ferry, boat and hydrofoil stops are in the center of Menaggio about 2.5 km from the apartment.
To reach the center of Menaggio you need a car.
From Menaggio you can easily reach the Bellagio and Varenna ferries. Lugano and Como are about 30 km from Menaggio.

– IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK IN TILL MAXIMUM 9.00 PM, AFTER 6 P.M. WE APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE OF EURO 50,00.
-DURING THE PERIODS IN WHICH HEATING IS NECESSARY THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF EURO 10.00 PER DAY TO BE PAID IN CASH.
– TOURIST TAX FROM 1ST MARCH TILL 30TH NOVEMBER: EURO 3,00 PER PERSON AND DAY FROM 11 YEARS OLD. TO BE PAYED IN CASH AT ARRIVAL
– IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A CAR
– A caution deposit of Euro 300 will be requested at your arrival and will be returned to you at departure after property inspection.
